Adrian M Robinson has over 37 years experience in the Financial Services industry, most of that time spent as an Independent Financial Adviser and is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute.  As well as being the company’s Pensions Specialist, he is a Director and Company Secretary, an experienced trainer and responsible for the running of the office and all HR functions.

Peter Collen is a Director of Crystal Financial Management Limited and the Compliance Officer. Over the past 23 years in the Financial Services Industry, he has provided advice to a wide range of people, initially as a “tied agent” with the Prudential and for the past 8 years, as an Independent Financial Adviser.

Russell Golledge has 10 years experience in the industry and is an APFS which means he has an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning issued by the Personal Financial Society.   Having worked as a mortgage adviser for Bradford and Bingley and Woolwich Russell returned to the totally independent arena in 2003 when he joined Crystal Financial Management Limited.
